Why My Approach Is Different

Too often, patients are told their labs are "normal," their symptoms are simply part of aging, or that nothing is wrong because they don't meet the criteria for a diagnosis yet.

My goal is to identify problems early—before they become diabetes, heart disease, cognitive decline, osteoporosis, or years of feeling exhausted, frustrated, and unheard.

Whether you're struggling with fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, poor sleep, hormonal symptoms, or simply don't feel like yourself anymore, I look for the underlying contributors that are often overlooked in traditional medical care.

Sometimes the answer is complex. Often, it's surprisingly simple.

Low iron stores that were never addressed. Early insulin resistance. Hormonal changes. Nutritional deficiencies. Sleep disorders. Cardiometabolic risk factors that haven't yet crossed the threshold of being labeled "abnormal."

I have always believed that prevention should begin long before disease develops. That means paying attention to early warning signs, identifying risk factors before they become diagnoses, and using the best available evidence to help patients protect their future health.

My goal is not simply to help patients live longer. It is to help them live better.

By combining evidence-based medicine with a proactive, individualized approach, I help patients improve their quality of life today while reducing their risk of future disease such as supporting better brain health, heart health, metabolic health, and overall longevity for years to come.
